Cloud Infrastructure Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Cloud Infrastructure Team Lead will define and execute the technical roadmap for multi-cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure while maintaining hands-on involvement in complex implementations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and technically guide a team of Cloud Infrastructure Engineers in configuring, operating, and automating cloud environments
- Define and execute the technical roadmap and architecture strategy for multi-cloud infrastructure and operations
- Oversee core cloud governance areas, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cloud cost optimization
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing and operating production cloud-based environments across AWS, GCP, or Azure
- 4+ years of expertise with Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps tooling, such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- 4+ years of experience in software development using a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams
