Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cloud + Licensing Support Specialist to assist with customer requests and support cloud department operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft Partner Center entries and ensure data accuracy for compliance
- Handle client renewals for Microsoft 365 subscriptions and provide customer support
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify discrepancies and optimize licensing utilization
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider programs and Partner Center
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs, including CSP and NCE
- Experience with quoting and contract management systems
- Ability to analyze data and identify patterns for actionable insights
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, along with relevant work experience
