Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud + Licensing Support Specialist to assist with customer requests and support cloud department operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Microsoft Partner Center entries and ensure data accuracy for compliance
  • Handle client renewals for Microsoft 365 subscriptions and provide customer support
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify discrepancies and optimize licensing utilization
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider programs and Partner Center
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs, including CSP and NCE
  • Experience with quoting and contract management systems
  • Ability to analyze data and identify patterns for actionable insights
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, along with relevant work experience
