Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Alignment Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Cloud Alignment and Business & Functional Analysts
Analyze and evaluate user functional needs, decompose requirements, and align them for implementation by technical teams
Collaborate with scrum teams to provide solutions for customer requirements in HR systems

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent experience with 5+ years or master's with 3+ years of relevant experience
Strong system engineering background with understanding of agile, scrum, and HR system implementations
Experience in mid to large enterprise IT programs, project management, and risk management
US Citizen with eligibility for public trust clearance
Knowledge of federal and DoD industry best practices and Oracle cloud technologies
