Key Responsibilities

• Build repeatable transaction processes for sales and partners, including playbooks and approval flows
• Configure and manage offers across various marketplaces, automating deal-cycle steps to improve efficiency
• Oversee SKU mapping and provisioning to ensure accurate entitlement and customer onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketplace operations, SaaS deal operations, or related fields
• Experience with setting up offers on major marketplaces such as AWS, GCP, or Snowflake
• Knowledge of SaaS provisioning, entitlements, and operational mechanics
• Ability to understand pricing mechanics and enforce compliance with pricing discipline
• Technical skills in building operational automation using APIs, Python, and SQL
