Job Summary

Leading the transformation of AI-driven software delivery, the contract-to-hire Cloud Native Senior Developer will architect and deliver scalable cloud-native solutions using Java/Spring Boot, .NET 8+, and VueJS, while mentoring developers and championing modern engineering practices in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deliver robust cloud-native solutions using Java/Spring Boot, .NET 8+, and VueJS
• Champion AI-augmented development by integrating tools like Github Copilot into workflows
• Mentor developers in XP, TDD, and modern engineering practices while troubleshooting complex distributed systems

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional programming experience
• Deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot, .NET 8+, and VueJS
• Proficiency with Git, Github Copilot (CLI), and modern IDEs like IntelliJ and Visual Studio
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases, Redis, and RabbitMQ
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
