Key Responsibilities

Lead technical assessment of existing touchpoint agents for product and enterprise requirements
Review architecture, security, integrations, and scalability of prototypes
Create technical documentation and provide recommendations on AI agent solutions

Required Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience
7+ years in a solution or technical architect role
Experience designing cloud and enterprise-level architectures
Strong understanding of AI/ML solution patterns and integrations
Knowledge of InfoSec, compliance, and OSS policies
