Cloud Network Architect

Job Summary

As a strategic, customer-facing technical role, the full-time Cloud Network Architect will ensure the success of enterprise customers by managing their technical relationships, guiding best practices, and driving platform adoption in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the dedicated Trusted Advisor for assigned enterprise customers, managing architecture design and deployment oversight
• Design and validate multi-cloud network architectures while guiding customers on network security and compliance initiatives
• Act as the technical escalation point for critical incidents, driving rapid resolution and proactive issue identification

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking, cloud networking, or network security roles
• Hands-on expertise with at least two major public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI)
• Strong understanding of BGP, SD-WAN, MPLS, and hybrid cloud connectivity
• Experience with network security technologies and familiarity with cloud security compliance frameworks
• Proficiency with automation and scripting tools for network provisioning and operations
