Cloud Network Design Engineer

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the full-time Cloud Network Design Engineer will establish communication with various teams, develop next-generation network solutions, and provide training on network standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with peers and teams regarding network infrastructure changes and improvements
• Lead the development of next-generation network solutions, including documentation and acceptance testing
• Collaborate with teams to develop scripts for automated configuration deployment and execute release management plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
• Experience with SDN/NFV, SDWAN, WAN, and cloud networking
• Knowledge of network security and identity/access management best practices
• Ability to provide knowledge transfer sessions regarding procedural changes
