Cloud Network Engineer

Job Summary

To support a Federal Program remotely, the Cloud Network Engineer will manage the configuration, installation, and ongoing support of network infrastructure, including Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco devices, while ensuring cloud security best practices are implemented.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and support network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPN concentrators, and cloud networking in platforms like Azure and OCI
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability while performing network maintenance and upgrades
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting for network-related issues in cloud environments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with seven years of related experience or a Master's degree with four years of related experience
• Strong experience with Terraform and AWS Security group deployment
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco devices
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networks and DoD STIGs
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
