Cloud Network Engineer

Job Summary

To support a Federal Program remotely, the Cloud Network Engineer will manage the configuration, installation, and ongoing support of network infrastructure, including firewalls and cloud networking in platforms such as Azure and OCI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot network devices and services, including Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco VPN concentrators
• Implement cloud security best practices and perform network maintenance, including system upgrades and security configurations
• Provide Level-2/3 support and monitor system performance and resource utilization in cloud environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience
• Strong experience with Terraform and AWS Security group deployment
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco networking devices
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networks and standards, including DNS and DHCP
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
