Cloud Network Engineer
Job Summary
To support secure network connectivity across various environments, the remote Cloud Network Engineer will design, implement, and troubleshoot network solutions while maintaining technical documentation and monitoring performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and maintain network connectivity across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, including routing, switching, and security measures
- Monitor network health and performance, identifying risks and coordinating corrective actions as necessary
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation and operational reporting for network changes and incidents
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in network engineering or a closely related technical field
- Experience with cloud networking environments such as AWS or Microsoft Azure, including integration with on-premises systems
- Strong knowledge of network technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing
- Familiarity with IT service management processes, including change control and incident management
