Cloud Networking Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of four engineers, the full-time remote Cloud Networking Engineering Manager will oversee edge networking and internal cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and resilience for a high-traffic public website.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the career growth and performance of engineering team members through coaching and feedback
• Drive the architecture for edge services and internal networking to support high traffic volumes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment bottlenecks

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a formal engineering management role
• 5+ years of experience with AWS networking and edge delivery services
• Proven track record of managing multi-account cloud environments
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Ability to translate complex technical investigations into clear business impacts
