A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Administrator II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cloud resources, ensuring proper configuration, performance, and availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related issues and perform upgrades on hosted systems
• Provide excellent customer support for cloud-related incidents and collaborate with other teams

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in a cloud-oriented or systems administration role
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficient in cloud services/tools, virtualization technologies, and networking concepts
• Familiarity with one or more scripting languages (e.g., T-SQL, PowerShell, Python)
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
