Cloud Operations Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Cloud Operations Administrator III will support and manage day-to-day operations of customer-hosted cloud environments, perform advanced troubleshooting, and mentor junior team members during 2nd shift EST hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex cloud issues, including priority incidents and service failures
• Conduct test and production upgrades on hosted systems within the Jenzabar One ecosystem
• Provide root cause analysis and detailed incident reports for resolved issues, while driving process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a cloud or systems administration role
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, automation tools, and security
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as T-SQL, PowerShell, or Python
• Expert troubleshooting skills for solving complex cloud-related problems
