Cloud Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Operating and enhancing the performance of cloud and on-premises infrastructure, the full-time Cloud Operations Analyst II will develop observability tools, manage server lifecycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment based in Farmington Hills, MI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain observability tools to monitor system health and performance
• Support the lifecycle of cloud and on-premises servers, including provisioning, patching, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with FinOps teams to ensure cost-effective operations across cloud environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, PagerDuty)
• Certified AWS SysOps Administrator or equivalent experience required
• 3 years of experience in cloud operations or server management roles
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
