Cloud Operations Architecture Lead

Job Summary

Combining deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities, the full-time Cloud Operations Architecture Lead will act as the primary escalation point for complex cloud issues, drive operational excellence, and mentor engineers in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex cloud infrastructure, reliability, and performance issues
• Plan, coordinate, and drive cloud infrastructure improvement initiatives using structured, iterative delivery approaches
• Mentor and coach engineers, supporting technical growth and fostering a strong team culture

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) and distributed systems
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve advanced issues across distributed systems
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a technical or team leadership capacity
• Preferred experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and drive cloud infrastructure improvement initiatives
