Cloud Operations Associate Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Engineer for the Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer environments, handling alerts, incidents, and service requests within SLA
• Execute operational tasks including monitoring service health, troubleshooting access issues, and deploying system updates
• Identify opportunities for automation of repeated tasks and participate in after-hours on-call rotation

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience administering Kubernetes in enterprise-scale environments
• 1-2 years of experience administering Linux in enterprise-scale environments
• 1-2 years of hands-on operational experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Cloud Certification: AWS or GCP is required
• Kubernetes Certification and Linux Administrator Certification are preferred
