Cloud Operations Director

Job Summary

To build and lead a high-performing Cloud Operations organization, the remote Cloud Operations Director will manage the operational performance of the Enterprise Imaging cloud platform, ensuring reliability, compliance, and efficiency in a 24/7 SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the operational health and performance of all production cloud platforms, managing SLAs and operational KPIs
• Lead incident response and escalation management while partnering with customer support for issue resolution
• Oversee the lifecycle and operations of AWS-first cloud platforms, ensuring resilience and compliance with regulatory frameworks

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in operating and scaling cloud-based production platforms, including SaaS services
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Cloud Operations or SRE teams in a global environment
• Deep expertise in AWS-first cloud platforms and cloud native architectures
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM
