Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to provide technical support and ensure the reliability of their search service.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high availability and smooth operations of the service
• Resolve customer support tickets and service incidents in a timely manner
• Set up backups, deploy software, and perform routine maintenance tasks, including security audits

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu/CentOS)
• Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of network issues, including firewall and load balancing
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
• Practical knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL database systems
