Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Cloud Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support Azure-based cloud platforms, ensuring availability and performance for SaaS workloads
• Provide technical product support for federal customers, including troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational readiness and assist with cloud-related requests

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Production Support, DevOps, or Technical Support roles
• Hands-on experience with Azure-based cloud services in production
• Familiarity with incident response and operational workflows
• Solid fundamentals in Linux, containers, and basic networking
