Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to support their FedRAMP authorized SaaS application.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of the hosted application environment
• Work with internal teams and customers to troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and configure new application instances
• Contribute to the ongoing architecture and design for current and future implementations

Required Qualifications

• BS degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong system administration experience, including Windows Server support, IIS, Group Policy, and Active Directory
• Experience with DNS management and software deployment/system implementation
• Understanding of security compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53/FISMA/FedRAMP
• Willingness to perform weekend and after-hours system maintenance work
