Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and optimize cloud costs across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze cloud spend across Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake
• Build cost tracking and reporting dashboards using native tools and SQL/Python
• Partner with teams to optimize compute usage, storage tiers, and licensing

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in FinOps, Data Operations, or Cloud Cost Analysis
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cost Management and Databricks
• Solid analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and scripting in Python or PowerShell
• Strong understanding of cloud services and pricing models
• Experience in healthcare data platforms or regulated data environments is preferred
