Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and support Azure-based cloud platforms, ensuring availability and performance for multi-tenant SaaS workloads
Provide technical product support for federal customers, including troubleshooting and incident resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve operational readiness

Required Qualifications

U.S. citizenship (required for federal programs)
5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Production Support, DevOps, SRE, or Technical Support roles
Hands-on experience supporting Azure-based cloud services in production
Familiarity with incident response and operational handoffs
Solid fundamentals in Linux, containers, and basic networking
