Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer, Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve infrastructure alerts, incidents, and service requests within SLA
• Provision, operate, and upgrade cloud infrastructure components across various services
• Create and improve runbooks, SOPs, and operational standards while participating in infrastructure projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise cloud infrastructure or cloud operations for SaaS platforms
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services; GCP experience is a plus
• 2+ years of Linux systems administration experience
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and scripting (Bash, Shell, Python, or similar)
• AWS or GCP certification preferred; CCNA/CCNP is a plus but not required
