Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

To support customer business processing, the full-time Cloud Operations Engineer will analyze and troubleshoot issues, utilizing tools and processes while gaining expertise in Azure and DevOps in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer business processing issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence
• Utilize analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to enhance cloud operations and improve service delivery

Required qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, SQL Server, PowerShell, SMTP, IIS, and FTP/SMTP
• Willingness to learn new technologies and practices in cloud operations
• Strong technical knowledge of MS Windows Server monitoring and maintenance
• Experience with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell and JSON
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
