Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day availability and incident response of cloud services, the full-time Cloud Operations Engineer will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud environments in a collaborative, cross-functional team, focusing on AWS and Azure technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the availability, monitoring, and maintenance of the BeyondTrust Cloud Service
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure service health meets defined SLAs
• Troubleshoot and perform initial triage of issues in large-scale distributed systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in operating systems and networking
• Experience in cloud administration and automation, specifically with Azure or AWS
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical abilities in cloud environments
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server Systems
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, or Terraform
