Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure while working remotely, focusing on provisioning, troubleshooting, and asset management to support client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure resources to support client environments
• Act as the first responder for issues reported, diagnosing and resolving problems within client cloud environments
• Track and manage cloud assets and resources, ensuring accurate inventory and cost management

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of server administration experience (Windows, Linux, etc.)
• Experience provisioning and configuring cloud resources across multiple client environments
• 1+ years of database support experience
• Proficient in managing cloud resources such as Azure or AWS
• An associate or bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience
