Cloud Operations Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the Cloud Operations Engineering team, the full-time remote Cloud Operations Engineering Manager will manage personnel, ensure operational outcomes for cloud fleet reliability across Azure, AWS, and GCP, and represent Cloud Operations to engineering leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Cloud Operations Engineers, including hiring and performance management
• Own operational outcomes related to fleet reliability, incident response, and customer environment health
• Set team priorities and act as an escalation point for major incidents affecting the customer cloud fleet

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing engineering or cloud operations teams
• Cybersecurity experience
• Strong technical background in cloud operations (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience overseeing an on-call rotation and balancing team workload
• Track record of hiring and developing senior technical talent
