Cloud Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Operations Lead to oversee cloud operations and DevSecOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cloud and platform operations, ensuring availability and performance across AWS and hybrid environments
• Design and optimize DevSecOps pipelines and deployment automation while promoting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement secure operational practices and ensure audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or enterprise platform operations
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, mentoring a team of engineers
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Experience implementing security and compliance controls aligned with frameworks such as NIST and FedRAMP
