Cloud Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Manager to oversee its Azure cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, patch management, and capacity planning
• Establish monitoring systems, respond to incidents, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Define security posture, ensure compliance, and implement disaster recovery plans

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing infrastructure on major cloud platforms, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong understanding of network security, IAM, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in cost reduction through FinOps principles
• Proficiency in scripting languages for operational automation
