Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a 24x7 operations team to ensure operational efficiency and excellent service delivery
• Build relationships with leadership to enhance client experience through effective systems and processes
• Define operations processes to maintain stability and uptime of production Cloud Systems while focusing on continual improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Science, Computer Science, or related fields
• 5+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Client operating systems
• 2+ years of leadership experience with a service-oriented focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding production service delivery role
