Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a scalable cloud-native platform using Kubernetes and AWS services
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring accountability
• Establish and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines and SDLC policies to enhance software development processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or DevOps roles
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS services, and Infrastructure as Code tools
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, Ruby, or Bash scripting
• BS or MS degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience leading technical initiatives and implementing modern software deployment practices
