Cloud Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing IT environment, the full-time Cloud Operations Manager will oversee Azure infrastructure, identity and access management, and security operations while ensuring audit readiness and operational efficiency, with a hybrid remote work arrangement requiring onsite presence in Pittston, PA at least once every other month.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Azure environment, ensuring organization, governance, security, and cost-effectiveness
• Define and maintain identity and access management processes across Azure and core business systems
• Establish and maintain security operations, including incident escalation paths and practical security baselines

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading or owning IT operations in a mid-sized organization
• Strong working knowledge of Azure, including identity, RBAC, governance, and cost management
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management, endpoint management, and security operations
• Experience building and maintaining IT processes that support audit and compliance needs
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a willingness to engage in hands-on problem solving
