Cloud Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a process-oriented Cloud Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will manage and mentor the IT operations team, elevate cloud infrastructure maturity in AWS, and establish best practices for CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor IT operations team members, providing technical guidance and developing their cloud engineering capabilities
• Own and grow the AWS environment, implementing architecture patterns, cost optimization, and security hardening
• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application services to support various deployments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with AWS, including hands-on architecture and troubleshooting
• Strong background with CI/CD tools and pipeline design
• Experience in managing and developing technical team members
• Proven track record of implementing operational processes and documentation standards
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance considerations
