Cloud Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting and optimizing enterprise cloud operations, the full-time Cloud Operations Manager will ensure the reliability, security, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure while collaborating with engineering and operations teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure availability and performance
• Coordinate incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Support automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
