Cloud Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Specialist to manage and operate the Hybrid Computing Environment for the Department of Homeland Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT staff to support, maintain, and optimize systems
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for various technologies including Microsoft O365 Suite
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure reliability and availability

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma and 5 years of relevant experience
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Government Security Clearance
• Experience in help desk or service desk roles, or equivalent IT support experience
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Active Directory
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is preferred
