• Collaborate with IT staff to support, maintain, and optimize systems
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and security-related issues
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure reliability and availability

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Government Security Clearance
• Help desk or service desk experience in troubleshooting and supporting IT systems
• Hands-on experience with software tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
