Cloud Operations Technician

Job Summary

To support a growing cloud infrastructure, the full-time Cloud Operations Technician will monitor, maintain, and respond to production alerts while participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation, all within a fully remote setting for candidates in Quintana Roo or Yucat n, Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and triage production alerts as the primary on-call responder, ensuring system reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using established runbooks, escalating to senior teams when necessary
• Proactively monitor system health and performance, maintaining operational documentation and dashboards

Required qualifications

• Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as a primary responder
• Experience responding to production alerts in a cloud environment
• Functional understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably with Azure experience
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Azure Monitor, or Grafana
• Strong written communication skills for documenting incident timelines and updating procedures
