Job Summary
Partnering with technical sales teams, the full-time salaried Cloud Platform Customer Engineer will engage in technical-led conversations, architect cross-pillar cloud solutions, and facilitate customer success through demos and proofs-of-concept, with the flexibility to work remotely or from designated office locations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy while supporting targeted sales motions
- Architect cross-pillar solutions and drive technical wins, defining initial delivery plans for customers
- Facilitate post-sales transitions by supporting pricing activities and coordinating with implementation teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
- Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders
- Proficiency in programming languages, debugging, systems design, and customer workshops
