Cloud Platform Customer Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with technical sales teams, the full-time salaried Cloud Platform Customer Engineer will engage with customers to address business challenges, architect cloud solutions, and drive technical wins while working remotely or in-office across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy, supporting sales motions
• Architect cross-pillar solutions and lead technical engagement during the solution phase
• Facilitate post-sales transitions by supporting pricing activities and implementation teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders
• Proficiency in programming languages, debugging, systems design, and conducting customer workshops
