Cloud Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage cloud-based deployment environments
• Enforce security within the cloud provider and associated systems
• Build systems to monitor health, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4-6 years of cloud engineering experience, with 2-3 years on the AWS platform
• Kubernetes subject matter expert with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Experience in building and running containerized workloads
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Understanding of security and compliance protocols such as HIPAA and HITRUST is preferred
