Cloud Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Cloud Platform Engineer will design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure while optimizing CI/CD pipelines and managing containerized applications to support healthcare technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools and modern DevOps practices
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient software delivery
• Develop and manage containerized application environments with Kubernetes for optimal deployment and service reliability

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Proven hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including knowledge of networking, IAM, and core services
• Strong experience with Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Java
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
