Cloud Platform Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud and Data Platform Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build cloud and data platforms, ensuring technical quality and maintainability
• Collaborate with various teams to create compliant data collection systems and enhance platform effectiveness
• Manage platforms from proof-of-concept to deployment, including data management and performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Experience with cloud services, ideally Google Cloud, and managing infrastructure with Terraform
• Familiarity with data architecture approaches and their applications
• Proficiency in Python and Bash for scripting and automation
• Expertise in SQL queries and optimization, preferably in BigQuery
• Some leadership experience, such as mentoring or leading a team
