Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broadcom Cloud Practice Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage practice performance, workforce optimization, and alignment of consultant supply with client demand
• Drive talent development and performance management through coaching and career planning
• Serve as an escalation point for delivery challenges and promote consistency in delivery standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a consulting, professional services, or technical delivery environment
• Proven experience in resource management, staffing strategy, and utilization optimization
• Experience in cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology consulting
• Familiarity with utilization metrics, workforce planning, and delivery performance indicators
• Experience working within partner ecosystems and supporting distributed or remote teams
