Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Cloud & Channel Program Ops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Cloud and Channel Program Operations team supporting partner program automation and compliance
• Oversee training and support for sales teams and partners on policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Develop and manage compliance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track performance against established standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in finance, channel sales, or enablement, preferably within the software industry
• People leadership experience
• Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
