Cloud Programs Communications Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a federal IT modernization program, the full-time Cloud Programs Communications Analyst will develop executive-level briefings and presentations, translate complex cloud migration activities into clear narratives, and manage program documentation while working remotely within the Ashburn, VA area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver briefings, reports, and presentations for senior federal leadership
• Translate technical program data into concise executive narratives using Microsoft tools
• Support cloud schedule tracking and reporting, creating visual dashboards for leadership

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience producing polished briefings or executive communications
• Active DHS/CBP High Public Trust or DoD Top Secret clearance
• Strong command of Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• Experience supporting federal IT programs or cloud migration initiatives is preferred
