Cloud Risk Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Risk & Controls Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Risk Management and Technology Control Owners to design, implement, validate, and test controls across Cloud and IT environments
• Conduct controls development, present validation results to leadership, and lead collaborative vetting sessions with stakeholders
• Perform application evidence reviews to ensure controls meet requirements before approving application migrations to cloud environments

Required Qualifications and Education

• 7+ years of experience in IT audit, cloud security, controls assurance, or technology risk management
• In-depth knowledge of technology processes and inherent risks
• Experience with technology risk fundamentals and ability to prioritize multiple workstreams
• Established knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies, including controls development and testing techniques
• Good understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and cloud security architecture, with relevant certifications preferred
