Cloud Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the part-time Cloud Sales Support Specialist will educate and assist clients with cloud-based solutions, utilizing 5 to 7+ years of technical experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Promote and sell cloud-based solutions and services while providing expert advice throughout the sales process
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to stay informed about industry developments

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 5 to 7+ years of technical experience required
• Pre-sales Solution Architect background preferred
• Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google)
• Customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills
• BA or BS preferred; MBA or MS in Tech Management is a bonus
