Cloud Security Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Architect to enhance cloud security and provide guidance on security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and strengthen security architecture across Azure cloud and related integrations
• Provide security architecture and engineering guidance to project teams and ensure adherence to security standards
• Provide security oversight across AI initiatives and evaluate risk associated with AI models and third-party services

Required Qualifications

• Deep technical understanding of cloud security practices, particularly in Azure environments and Snowflake
• Experience evaluating security configurations and hardening client-facing applications and APIs
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within large, heavily regulated financial institutions
• Familiarity with financial industry security standards and regulatory frameworks such as NYDFS and GDPR
