Cloud Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Cloud Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational duties around Cloud Security, including reviewing alerts and remediating public cloud vulnerabilities
• Work with technical leads to evaluate new products and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Standardize operational documentation and provide leadership through mentoring and training team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or AWS Certified Security Specialty
• 3-5 years of experience as a Cloud Security generalist with knowledge in security domains
• 2-3 years of experience working with AWS and operating CNAPP tooling
• Deep understanding of cloud security concepts and experience in hybrid cloud environments
